01 1 green apple, sliced into thin sticks.
02 1 red apple, sliced into thin sticks.
03 Juice from 2 tablespoons of lemon.
04 2 cups of shredded carrots.
05 A quarter cup of finely chopped yellow onions.
06 One-third cup of sweetened, dried cranberries.
07 Half a cup of vanilla-flavored yogurt.
08 A quarter cup of mayo.
09 A tablespoon of sugar.
10 One-fourth teaspoon of salt.
11 One-fourth teaspoon of black pepper.
12 1 cup of canned mandarin oranges, without the liquid.

Steps

Step 01

Slice the apples into thin sticks. Give them a toss with lemon juice and let them sit for 5 minutes.

Step 02

In a big bowl, mix together the carrots, onions, and cranberries.

Step 03

Add the lemon-coated apple slices into the bowl with the base ingredients.
