Turkey Cranberry Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cooked turkey, pulled apart into shreds.
02 - 2 cups of breadcrumbs.
03 - ½ cup diced celery.
04 - ½ cup onions, minced well.
05 - ½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped.
06 - ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley.
07 - ¼ cup chicken broth, more if needed later.
08 - 1 tsp each of dried thyme and salt.
09 - ½ tsp ground black pepper.
10 - 1 large egg for binding.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Get a baking sheet ready by lining it with parchment paper or spreading a tiny bit of oil.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the breadcrumbs, turkey, cranberries, onions, parsley, and celery until distributed evenly.
03 - Sprinkle in the thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine everything nicely.
04 - Pour in the broth, followed by cracking the egg in. Stir well to blend. If it’s dry, add small amounts of broth until it holds together.
05 - Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mix and roll them into smooth pieces. Space them out on the prepped baking sheet.
06 - Bake for about 25 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when they turn golden and are cooked through.
07 - Enjoy them fresh out of the oven with some cranberry sauce or a bit of gravy—you pick!
