In a big bowl, toss together the breadcrumbs, turkey, cranberries, onions, parsley, and celery until distributed evenly.

Sprinkle in the thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine everything nicely.

Pour in the broth, followed by cracking the egg in. Stir well to blend. If it’s dry, add small amounts of broth until it holds together.
