White Chocolate Cream Donuts (Print)

Soft, airy donuts packed with strawberry cream and sweetened with a drizzle of white chocolate. A treat for those with a sweet tooth!

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup whole milk.
02 - ½ cup chopped strawberries.
03 - Pink food coloring, if you'd like.
04 - ¼ cup powdered sugar.
05 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
06 - 1 cup heavy cream.
07 - ½ teaspoon salt.
08 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
09 - 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
11 - 2 large eggs.
12 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, already melted.
13 - 1 cup strawberry jam.
14 - ½ cup melted white chocolate.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and get your donut pan ready by greasing it with a bit of spray.
02 - Grab the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Whisk them all together in a big bowl.
03 - Take the milk, eggs, butter (melted), and vanilla. Stir them together in a separate bowl until smooth.
04 - Slowly mix the wet stuff into the bowl with the dry things. Just stir until you don't see any dry spots.
05 - Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each halfway. Bake for around 10-12 minutes. They're done when a toothpick comes out clean! Let them cool completely once baked.
06 - Whip the chilled cream with powdered sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Gently blend in the jam and chopped strawberries for a delicious filling.
07 - Cut each donut carefully across the middle. Add some of the strawberry cream to the bottom half, then pop the top half back on.
08 - Pour melted white chocolate over the donuts. If you're feeling fancy, mix pink food coloring with your chocolate before drizzling it on.
09 - Give the donuts a few minutes to set, then dig in and enjoy the treat!

# Notes:

01 - Pro tip: Cold cream whips up faster and gives a fluffier texture.
