Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and get your donut pan ready by greasing it with a bit of spray.

Grab the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Whisk them all together in a big bowl.

Take the milk, eggs, butter (melted), and vanilla. Stir them together in a separate bowl until smooth.

Slowly mix the wet stuff into the bowl with the dry things. Just stir until you don't see any dry spots.

Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each halfway. Bake for around 10-12 minutes. They're done when a toothpick comes out clean! Let them cool completely once baked.

Whip the chilled cream with powdered sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Gently blend in the jam and chopped strawberries for a delicious filling.

Cut each donut carefully across the middle. Add some of the strawberry cream to the bottom half, then pop the top half back on.

Pour melted white chocolate over the donuts. If you're feeling fancy, mix pink food coloring with your chocolate before drizzling it on.
