Crank up the oven to 375°F. Line a couple of baking sheets with some parchment paper.

In a big mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the oil until everything's smooth and blended well.

Stir in the flour and cake mix, then add in milk. Mix gently, just until a soft dough forms.

Scoop out dough (2 tablespoons each) and form into balls. Roll them around in some sugar. Let them chill in the fridge for at least an hour.

Pop one tray at a time in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Keep the leftover dough in the fridge while waiting.

The moment the cookies come out of the oven, gently press a Hershey Kiss into each one. Leave them to cool completely before moving them.
