# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (used as the base).
02 - ½ cup melted butter (mix with the crumbs for the base).
03 - 2 cups of softened cream cheese (goes in the creamy layer).
04 - 1 cup white sugar (sweetens the creamy layer).
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla (adds flavor to the creamy layer).
06 - 2 cups whipped heavy cream (for the creamy layer).
07 - 1 cup strawberry jam (used in the strawberry mousse section).
08 - ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed thoroughly (part of the crunchy topping).
09 - ½ cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies (added for crunch).
10 - Fresh strawberries to decorate.

# Steps:

01 - Stir graham cracker crumbs with butter until mixed. Flatten the mix into a 9-inch springform pan and chill it in the fridge.
02 - Blend together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add whipped cream by folding it in gently. Save half and spread the rest over the cold base.
03 - Spread the jam over the creamy layer, then cover it with the reserved cream cheese mixture. Smooth out the top.
04 - Combine crushed dried strawberries with vanilla wafer crumbs and sprinkle generously over the top.
05 - Top with fresh strawberries and let it set completely in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
