Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a muffin tray with some oil or butter.

Use a floured surface to gently spread out both puff pastry sheets.

Stir together pumpkin spice and sugar in a small dish. Brush the pastry with melted butter, then sprinkle the sugar mix all over it.

Cut the pastry into strips, roll them up tightly, and drop each roll into your greased muffin tray.

Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes. They're done when they're puffed up and golden brown.

While you wait, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until it's nice and creamy.

Once cooled a bit, pipe the pumpkin cream mixture right into the center of each cruffin.
