Soft, flaky layers packed with pumpkin spice cream. These Pumpkin Spice Cruffins are the perfect cozy fall treat to match your coffee.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 sheets (1 package) of puff pastry.
02 - Half a cup of sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice mix.
04 - A quarter cup of butter, melted.
05 - Half a cup of pumpkin puree.
06 - Half a cup of cream cheese.
07 - A quarter cup of powdered sugar.
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a muffin tray with some oil or butter.
02 - Use a floured surface to gently spread out both puff pastry sheets.
03 - Stir together pumpkin spice and sugar in a small dish. Brush the pastry with melted butter, then sprinkle the sugar mix all over it.
04 - Cut the pastry into strips, roll them up tightly, and drop each roll into your greased muffin tray.
05 - Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes. They're done when they're puffed up and golden brown.
06 - While you wait, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until it's nice and creamy.
07 - Once cooled a bit, pipe the pumpkin cream mixture right into the center of each cruffin.
08 - Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top for a sweet finishing touch before you dig in!

# Notes:

01 - A little powdered sugar sprinkled on top adds an extra layer of sweetness.
02 - Eat them warm to enjoy their flaky crust at its best.
