S’mores Pinwheels (Print)

Soft pinwheels packed with marshmallow fluff, melted chocolate, and bits of graham crackers. Sweet, easy, and bite-sized for everyone.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups marshmallow fluff.
02 - 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs.
03 - 1½ cups mini chocolate chips.
04 - 5 cups of Rice Krispies cereal.
05 - 1 (10 oz) bag of small marshmallows.
06 - 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter.

# Steps:

01 - Wrap the log with parchment or wax paper and place it in the fridge for about half an hour so it can firm up.
02 - Cut the chilled log into rounds about an inch thick, then serve them up.
03 - Roll up the mixture tightly starting from the short edge while peeling off the paper. Gently push on the roll to make it compact.
04 - Spread a layer of marshmallow fluff evenly across the top, then sprinkle chocolate chips all over.
05 - Lay the sticky mixture on wax or parchment paper. Use a spatula to flatten and shape it into an even rectangle.
06 - Quickly mix in the Rice Krispies and crushed graham crackers. Work fast because it gets sticky!
07 - Melt the butter in a big pot over medium heat. Toss in the small marshmallows and stir until they're gooey and melted. Then take the pot off the heat.

# Notes:

01 - To prevent sticking, grease your spatula or hands lightly before pressing the mixture into shape.
02 - Letting the roll chill makes it easier to slice cleanly into neat pinwheels.
