# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste
08 - 1 large egg, beaten
09 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
10 - 1 avocado, mashed
11 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
12 - 1 small jalapeño, minced (optional)
13 - Burger buns, as needed
14 - Lettuce and tomato, for serving

# Steps:

01 - In a food processor, add the raw shrimp and pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
02 - Add breadcrumbs, cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, beaten egg, and lime juice to the shrimp. Mix until well combined.
03 - Divide the shrimp mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 1 inch thick.
04 - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil to prevent sticking.
05 - Place the shrimp patties on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp is cooked through and lightly browned.
