Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and cover two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Use a big mixing bowl, and whip the butter with the brown sugar until it looks fluffy. Stir in the egg and vanilla until smooth.

Take a second bowl and stir together the flour, salt, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda.

Slowly fold the dry mix into the creamy mixture until everything’s combined.

Gently stir in the Reese’s Pieces so they’re spread out evenly.

Shape the dough into balls about ¼ cup each, pressing extra candies on top if you like.

Lay the dough balls on your prepped sheets, making sure there’s about 2 inches of space around each one.

Put them in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Rest the cookies on the sheets for 5 minutes, then move them onto a rack to cool completely.
