Quick No-Bake Cookies (Print)

Fast, no-bake cookies pairing sweet white chocolate and peanut butter with Rice Krispies, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz of almond bark or vanilla melting chocolate.
02 - 3/4 cup of smooth peanut butter.
03 - 2 cups of puffed rice cereal.
04 - 1 cup of mini chocolate chips, keep some aside.
05 - 2 cups of tiny marshmallows.

# Steps:

01 - Cover a big baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Follow the instructions on the package to melt the white chocolate.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted chocolate and peanut butter.
04 - Fold in the cereal, most of the chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
05 - Drop spoonfuls of the mix on the lined tray, sprinkle leftover chips on top.
06 - Pop in the fridge for around 20 minutes to firm up.

# Notes:

01 - Use almond bark, not standard white chocolate chips.
02 - Stays good for 5 days at room temp.
03 - Can stay frozen for as long as 3 months.
