Pizza Cheese Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tbsp of butter to coat your pan
02 - One 16 ½ oz (465 g) can of biscuit dough
03 - Mozzarella cheese ball (8 oz or 225 g), diced into chunks
04 - Pizza sauce (marinara)
05 - Pepperoni slices
06 - A bit of melted butter
07 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - A pinch of salt and pepper
09 - 1 tbsp of Italian herbs mix
10 - Grated Parmesan for sprinkling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Start by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and spread butter over it to prevent sticking.
02 - Slice the biscuits in half. Use your thumb to press into each piece, shaping them like tiny pizza bases.
03 - Spoon a dollop of marinara onto the center of each round. Top it with a pepperoni slice and a cube of mozzarella.
04 - Fold the biscuit dough edges up and pinch them together at the top. Make sure the filling isn't leaking! Arrange the finished bombs on your tray.
05 - In a small dish, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
06 - Brush the butter mixture generously over each pizza bomb, then sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake for around 15-20 minutes until evenly browned and delicious-looking.
07 - Let them cool a bit to avoid burns, then offer with extra marinara for dipping. They’ll vanish in no time!

# Notes:

01 - These cheesy bites are great as a snack for game night or a lazy weekend meal!
02 - Switch up the filling – enjoy ham with pineapple, or keep it veggie by adding onions and peppers.
