# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
02 - 2 tablespoons pineapple juice.
03 - ½ cup softened unsalted butter.
04 - ½ cup sour cream.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1 ½ cups regular flour.
09 - 1 cup white sugar.
10 - 2 large eggs.
11 - 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained.

# Steps:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prep a loaf pan by greasing it and dusting it lightly with flour.
02 - Combine salt, flour, and baking powder in a medium bowl and set it aside.
03 - Beat the butter with the sugar in a big bowl until it's light and fluffy.
04 - Mix in the eggs one by one, beating after each. Then, stir in the vanilla.
05 - Alternate adding the dry mix and sour cream into the butter bowl, starting and finishing with the dry mix.
06 - Gently mix in the drained pineapple until it's spread evenly in the batter.
07 - Spoon the batter into the loaf pan and smooth out the top layer.
08 - Put it in the oven for about 50-60 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean, it's done.
09 - Leave the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully move it to a wire rack to cool down completely.
10 - Stir pineapple juice with powdered sugar in a small container until no lumps remain.
11 - When the cake is fully cooled, drizzle the glaze all over it. Slice it up and enjoy.
