Chocolate Pecan Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
02 - ½ cup confectioners' sugar.
03 - 2 cups heavy cream.
04 - ½ cup white chocolate ganache.
05 - 1 ½ cups granulated sugar.
06 - 4 large eggs.
07 - 1 cup unsalted butter (softened).
08 - ½ tsp salt.
09 - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour.
10 - 2 ½ tsp baking powder.
11 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
12 - 1 cup chopped pecans.
13 - 1 cup whole milk.
14 - 2 tsp vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C). Grease and coat three 8-inch pans with flour so they're ready to go.
02 - Mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl until combined well.
03 - Cream the butter with sugar using a mixer until it's fluffy. Add in the eggs, one by one, mixing each time. Pour in the vanilla and mix again.
04 - Alternate adding the dry mix and milk to the batter. Gently stir in the pecans and white chocolate chips.
05 - Divide the batter evenly into the pans. Set them in the oven and let them bake for about 25-30 minutes. Cool completely on racks when done.
06 - Whip together the heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until the mix stays thick and fluffy.
07 - Start layering the cake by spreading on the frosting and drizzling white chocolate ganache between layers. Cover the outside with frosting and finish with more ganache and pecans if you’d like.

# Notes:
