Peanut Butter Cups (Print)
Chewy peanut butter cookies with Reese’s candy tucked in the middle—so good, they disappear fast!
# Ingredients:

1/2 cup brown sugar.

1/2 cup regular sugar.

1/2 tsp salt.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.

3/4 tsp baking powder.

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter.

1/2 cup butter at room temperature.

1 egg.

1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
10 -
1 (11 oz) bag of mini Reese's peanut butter cups.
# Steps:

Turn your oven on to 350°F (177°C). Mix the softened butter, peanut butter, both sugars together until it looks smooth.

Stir in the egg and vanilla until it blends well. Slowly add the salt, flour, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.

Form small dough balls and place them into a greased mini muffin tin.

Let them bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Take the cookies out and lightly press a mini Reese's into the middle of them while they're still warm.

Keep the cookies in the pan to cool down slightly, then move them to a rack to cool fully.
