Peanut Butter Cups (Print)

Chewy peanut butter cookies with Reese’s candy tucked in the middle—so good, they disappear fast!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
02 - 1/2 cup regular sugar.
03 - 1/2 tsp salt.
04 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
05 - 3/4 tsp baking powder.
06 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter.
07 - 1/2 cup butter at room temperature.
08 - 1 egg.
09 - 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
10 - 1 (11 oz) bag of mini Reese's peanut butter cups.

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (177°C). Mix the softened butter, peanut butter, both sugars together until it looks smooth.
02 - Stir in the egg and vanilla until it blends well. Slowly add the salt, flour, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
03 - Form small dough balls and place them into a greased mini muffin tin.
04 - Let them bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
05 - Take the cookies out and lightly press a mini Reese's into the middle of them while they're still warm.
06 - Keep the cookies in the pan to cool down slightly, then move them to a rack to cool fully.

# Notes:

01 - These mini goodies are a great pick for gatherings or when you want something sweet for yourself.
02 - For best results, press the Reese's in right when the cookies come out of the oven.
