Amazing Chicken Casserole (Print)

Layers of moist chicken, creamy soups, and tender noodles with a cheesy cornflake crunch on top.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of cooked egg noodles, drained
02 - 3 cups of shredded chicken, already cooked
03 - One 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
04 - One 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup

→ Creamy Elements

05 - 1 cup of mayo
06 - 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
07 - 1 cup of sour cream

→ Seasonings

08 - A teaspoon of onion powder
09 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
10 - Salt and pepper to your liking

→ Topping

11 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
12 - A cup of crushed-up cornflakes

→ Optional

13 - One 14.5 oz can of drained diced tomatoes

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it heat up.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the chicken, soups, sour cream, mayo, and seasonings. Mix until it's all combined nicely.
03 - Gently stir in the noodles and the drained tomatoes (if you're adding those) until everything looks even.
04 - Grease a baking dish (9x13 size), spread the mixture out in it, and sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.
05 - Combine the melted butter and cornflake crumbs, then scatter them over the cheese layer.
06 - Pop it in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top turns golden and everything is bubbly. Let it cool down a bit before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken works great for this dish.
02 - You can swap mayo and sour cream with Greek yogurt if you want.
03 - This works well if you prep it ahead and bake later.
