# Ingredients:

10 - Whole Oreo cookies for garnish.
11 - Extra rainbow sprinkles for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the crushed Oreos with the butter in a bowl.
02 - Push the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan so it covers the base evenly.
03 - Put the pan in the fridge while you get the filling ready.
04 - Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar in a big bowl until it's creamy and smooth.
05 - Mix in the vanilla extract until blended.
06 - Whip the cold cream in a separate dish until stiff peaks form.
07 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix until it's all combined.
08 - Stir in the chopped Oreos and rainbow sprinkles to the filling.
09 - Spread the creamy filling over the chilled crust and make the surface smooth.
10 - Cover the pan and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
11 - Before you serve, add whipped cream, whole Oreos, and extra sprinkles for decoration.
12 - Cut into slices and enjoy.
