Melt butter and set aside. Warm milk in microwave in 20-second intervals until just warm (should be comfortable to touch). Sprinkle yeast over warm milk, stir, and let rest for 10 minutes.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add egg, cooled melted butter, and milk mixture. Combine until dough forms. Knead with dough hook for 5 minutes or by hand on floured surface until dough is manageable.

Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Punch down dough. Roll out on cocoa-dusted surface to 10x13 inches. Spread with Nutella and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut into 1¼-inch strips and roll up. Place 8 rolls in baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes for extra gooey rolls, or 20-25 minutes for firmer rolls. Top with extra Nutella while warm.
