Peanut Butter Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups of milk chocolate chips.
02 - 2 cups of powdered sugar (also called confectioners' sugar).
03 - 4 tablespoons and 1 cup of peanut butter.
04 - 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs.
05 - 1 cup of melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the peanut butter (1 cup), powdered sugar, melted butter, and graham cracker crumbs together in a big bowl until they're fully blended.
02 - Press the blended mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch dish or go with a 9x9-inch dish if you'd like the bars thicker. No need to grease it.
03 - Microwave the milk chocolate chips with the extra peanut butter (4 tablespoons) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until it’s smooth.
04 - Once melted, pour the chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer.
05 - Pop it in the fridge for at least an hour, or longer, until it's firm and ready to cut into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Sweet and simple: These bars combine peanut butter and chocolate, and you don’t even have to bake them.
02 - Thicker bars come from using a smaller dish (9x9), while a larger dish (9x13) makes them thinner.
03 - Refrigerating for an hour makes cutting these into neat squares much easier.
