Mini Banana Cream Pies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup of butter, melted.
02 - 1½ cups of graham cracker crumbs.
03 - ¼ cup of granulated sugar.
04 - 1 package (3.4 oz) of instant banana cream pudding mix.
05 - 2 cups of milk, kept cold.
06 - 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
07 - 2 tbsp of powdered sugar.
08 - 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
09 - 2 ripe bananas, cut into slices.
10 - Honey to drizzle on top.
11 - Whipped cream for the final garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the sugar, cracker crumbs, and butter in a bowl. Press this into the cups of a muffin tin to shape small crusts, then leave in the fridge for an hour to set up.
02 - Pour the pudding mix into a bowl and slowly whisk it with cold milk until thick. Chill it in the fridge for a few minutes.
03 - Beat the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks appear. Take half of this whipped cream and gently mix it into the cold pudding.
04 - Scoop the pudding mixture into each mini crust you've prepared.
05 - Add a dollop of the remaining whipped cream on top of each pie. Place a few banana slices and finish with a drizzle of honey.
06 - Enjoy right away or pop back in the fridge to chill more so it's even colder.

# Notes:

01 - Let the crusts chill thoroughly in the fridge before adding the pudding so they hold their shape.
02 - For sweetness and a nice shine, drizzle the honey just before serving.
