Milk Snowballs Cookies (Print)

These cookies are fluffy, sweet, and covered in powdered sugar. The condensed milk gives them a melt-in-your-mouth texture, perfect for every occasion.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting.
02 - 3 teaspoons of baking powder.
03 - 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 1 cup of softened butter.
05 - 2 cups of regular all-purpose flour.

# Steps:

01 - Use a mixer to whip up the softened butter until it’s airy and pale. This takes about 3 minutes.
02 - Pour in the condensed milk and beat it for 2 minutes. Scrape the sides, then beat 1 more minute to combine well.
03 - Slowly work the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture. Stir until everything’s smoothly blended.
04 - Scoop dough into little balls using a cookie scoop. Arrange them on a parchment-covered baking sheet, keeping 2 inches between each.
05 - Pop them in the oven at 320°F, and let them bake for 12 minutes.
06 - Allow the cookies to sit on the tray for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a rack to fully cool off. Sprinkle on powdered sugar once they’re cool.

# Notes:

01 - You can mix in up to 2 teaspoons of any extract flavor you like.
02 - Optional extras like chocolate chips should be no more than 1 cup max.
03 - Store cookies only after they’ve cooled completely.
