01 -
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a 9x13-inch pan with a little oil or non-stick spray.
02 -
In a skillet on medium heat, cook the sausage and ground beef until they’re browned, around 8 to 10 minutes. Remove any leftover grease.
03 -
Add the pepperoni, 2 teaspoons of seasoning, and flour into the meat. Stir until mixed together and cook for about 2-3 more minutes.
04 -
Mix in the tomato basil sauce. Stir well, let it cook a little on low heat, and then turn off the stove.
05 -
Start layering the dish by spreading half the meat and sauce mixture in the bottom of your prepared pan. Scatter 1 cup of shredded mozzarella on top.
06 -
Roll out the pizza dough and slice it into strips or shapes. Lay these pieces over the cheese and sauce in the baking dish.
07 -
Pour the remaining meat and sauce mixture on top of the dough. Sprinkle over what’s left of the mozzarella cheese, the grated Parmesan, and the last 2 teaspoons of seasoning.
08 -
Lightly brush olive oil across the top, and put the dish in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Watch for when the crust is browned and the cheese is bubbly.
09 -
Let your casserole rest for a few minutes before slicing it up and serving.
