# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
02 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
04 - ½ cup water.
05 - ½ cup mashed ripe bananas.
06 - ¼ tsp salt.
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
08 - ½ tsp vanilla extract (for sauce).
09 - 1 tbsp vinegar.
10 - 1 tsp baking soda.
11 - 1 cup sugar (for sauce).
12 - 1 cup cream.
13 - ½ cup milk.
14 - 2 large eggs.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease up a baking pan.
02 - Stir together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda in a mixing bowl.
03 - In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, milk, vinegar, and vanilla.
04 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and keep stirring until smooth.
05 - Transfer the batter into the greased baking dish.
06 - Pop it into the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, until it takes on a lovely golden color.
07 - To make the sauce, toss sugar, cream, and water into a pot and start heating.
08 - Let the mixture boil for five minutes, then mix in the vanilla extract.
09 - Drizzle that warm, creamy sauce over the freshly baked pudding and enjoy!
