Keto Frozen Truffles (Print)

Frozen keto truffles with peanut butter inside and chocolate coating. Perfect low-carb treat!

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 ounces of dark chocolate without sugar.
02 - 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
03 - 2 cups of thick cream.
04 - 1/2 cup of unsweetened peanut butter.
05 - 4 tablespoons of powdered Stevia.
06 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
07 - A small pinch of xanthan gum.

# Steps:

01 - Take the cream, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and xanthan, and blend them till it’s silky smooth.
02 - Transfer everything into a container, and put it in the freezer so it hardens up.
03 - Scoop chilled mix into round shapes and freeze them on a lined tray for about an hour.
04 - Heat up the chocolate and blend it with the coconut oil till melted and combined.
05 - Dip the frozen rounds into the chocolate mixture, and give it time for any extra coating to drip off.
06 - Let everything set by freezing for another 30 minutes, then enjoy!
