Garlic Butter Beef Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound halved baby potatoes.
02 - 1/4 cup broth from beef.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper, black.
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted.
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika, smoked.
09 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped up.
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
12 - 1 1/2 pounds stew meat, beef.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the meat on both sides in hot oil, 2-3 minutes each.
02 - Put the browned beef and potatoes into the slow cooker.
03 - Melt the butter, stir in minced garlic and dry spices, then pour it over everything.
04 - Pour in the broth and let it cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4, until super tender.

# Notes:

01 - Stir in cream with 30 minutes left for richer flavor.
02 - Sweet potatoes or carrots work as swaps.
