01 -
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with some grease, and line it with parchment for easy lifting later.
02 -
Mix salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour in a bowl using a whisk.
03 -
In a bigger bowl, cream butter and sugar until they’re fluffy and light—takes about 3-4 minutes. Beat in eggs one by one, ensuring each is fully mixed. Then, add vanilla.
04 -
Add your dry ingredients into the butter mix a bit at a time, switching now and then with buttermilk. Start and finish with the dry mix, and stop stirring as soon as it comes together.
05 -
Gently stir 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles into the batter until it’s evenly spread.
06 -
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle some extra Fruity Pebbles on top for design. Bake it for 50 to 55 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
07 -
Let the loaf sit in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then move it over to a rack to cool off completely before cutting.
