# Ingredients:

01 - 1 packet Kool-Aid mix (choose any flavor you like).
02 - 1 ½ cups cold water, split into two portions.
03 - 3 packets of plain gelatin (unflavored).
04 - ¼ tsp fine salt.
05 - 1 cup light corn syrup.
06 - 1 ½ cups white sugar.
07 - A bit of powdered sugar for sprinkling.

# Steps:

01 - Pour half a cup of cold water into a stand mixer bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it. Let it sit and soften while you work on the syrup.
02 - Mix sugar, salt, corn syrup, and the remaining cold water in a pot. Cook it on medium heat until you hit 240°F on a candy thermometer.
03 - Slowly pour the steaming hot syrup into the gelatin mixture while running the mixer on low. Gradually crank up the speed to high and whip for 12-15 minutes until it's thick and airy.
04 - Add your Kool-Aid powder and whip it again until it's fully mixed in.
05 - Pour the fluffy mixture into a greased baking pan, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top, and let it set for several hours or overnight.
06 - Cut the set mixture into squares, toss them in more powdered sugar, and enjoy your colorful bites!
