Use a rolling pin to flatten every piece of bread. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a small dish until it’s creamy. Spread some of this on each piece, then roll the bread tightly into logs.

Stir the cinnamon with sugar in a shallow bowl and leave it aside for later.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with the milk. Coat each rolled bread log in this mixture thoroughly.

Warm the butter in a pan on medium heat. Place the rolls in and cook until all sides are toasted golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Roll the cooked bread logs straight into the cinnamon sugar mix so it sticks well. Serve while warm, with some maple syrup on top if you’d like.
