03 - 1 stalk of celery, cut into small pieces
04 - 1 1/2 pounds of ham, cooked without bones and diced (around 5 cups worth)

06 - 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
07 - 3/4 cup of mayo
08 - 1 tablespoon of mustard

→ For Serving

09 - Soft bread rolls
10 - A variety of crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Put the ham, eggs, onion, celery, and pepper into a food processor. Pulse 20–25 times until everything is chopped down small.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together the mayo, mustard, and sweet pickle relish.
03 - Mix the ham blend into the dressing until all of it’s evenly coated and well mixed.
04 - Cover it up and chill in the fridge for a bit so the flavors get cozy with one another.

# Notes:

01 - A fantastic way to use up leftover holiday ham
02 - Give it a taste test before you add salt. Ham’s usually salty enough on its own.
