# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg, beaten for sealing edges.
02 - 1 lb thin slices of ribeye steak.
03 - 1 package shredded mozzarella and provolone blend.
04 - 4 oz optional cream cheese.
05 - 1 medium green bell pepper, diced.
06 - 8 oz chopped mushrooms.
07 - 1 small yellow onion, diced.
08 - 1 tbsp oil, like olive oil.
09 - 1 package of premade egg roll wrappers.
10 - A neutral oil for frying.
11 - ½ tbsp of baking soda.
12 - 1 tbsp of white vinegar.
13 - 1 tsp sweetener, like sugar.
14 - 1 tsp garlic salt mix.
15 - 1 tbsp powdered onion seasoning.
16 - 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
17 - 1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed.

# Steps:

01 - Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Coat all the ribeye steak slices completely and let them chill in the fridge for an hour.
02 - Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat. Stir-fry the marinated steak pieces for about 3-5 minutes just until cooked. Turn off heat and place the meat aside.
03 - Using the same pan, sauté the green pepper, onion, and mushrooms until softened, around 3-4 minutes. Then mix the vegetables into the cooked steak.
04 - Take out the wrappers and lay them flat. Spoon a portion of the steak-veggie mixture into the middle, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and optionally add a small dollop of cream cheese.
05 - Fold the wrappers tightly by first tucking in the corners. Seal everything by brushing the beaten egg on the edges.
06 - In a deep pot or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry those rolls for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn golden and crispy. Set them on paper towels to drain.
07 - Serve warm, paired with your go-to dipping sauce.
