Stir together the milk and yeast in a bowl, then let it sit untouched for 5 minutes.

Pour in the sugar, eggs, butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix everything together, slowly adding the flour until the dough is soft and smooth.

For about 5 minutes, knead the dough until it's stretchy and smooth. Move it into a greased bowl, cover it up, and leave it to rise in size for an hour.

Flatten the dough till it's about ½-inch thick. Use a doughnut cutter to make rounds, lay them on a tray, and cover for a 30-minute rest.

Warm up the oil to 350°F (175°C) in a large pot or fryer. Fry each piece for around a minute or two per side until both sides are golden brown. Let them dry off on paper towels.

With a piping bag, fill each doughnut with the vanilla pudding.

Take each doughnut and dunk the top into chocolate ganache. Give them some time to cool and set before serving.
