Light and fluffy with creamy vanilla filling and a chocolaty glaze. These are a sweet lover's dream.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ¼ teaspoons of dry yeast (active).
02 - ¾ cup of milk, warmed up.
03 - ¼ cup white sugar.
04 - A pair of large eggs.
05 - ¼ cup of melted butter (unsalted).
06 - 3 ½ cups plain flour.
07 - ½ teaspoon of salt.
08 - Some oil to fry with.
09 - 1 cup of pudding with vanilla flavor.
10 - 1 cup of chocolate glaze.

# Steps:

01 - Stir together the milk and yeast in a bowl, then let it sit untouched for 5 minutes.
02 - Pour in the sugar, eggs, butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix everything together, slowly adding the flour until the dough is soft and smooth.
03 - For about 5 minutes, knead the dough until it's stretchy and smooth. Move it into a greased bowl, cover it up, and leave it to rise in size for an hour.
04 - Flatten the dough till it's about ½-inch thick. Use a doughnut cutter to make rounds, lay them on a tray, and cover for a 30-minute rest.
05 - Warm up the oil to 350°F (175°C) in a large pot or fryer. Fry each piece for around a minute or two per side until both sides are golden brown. Let them dry off on paper towels.
06 - With a piping bag, fill each doughnut with the vanilla pudding.
07 - Take each doughnut and dunk the top into chocolate ganache. Give them some time to cool and set before serving.
