Cookies & Cream Pops (Print)

Oreo Cookies & Cream Pops are simple, no-bake sweets made with Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate. Great for any celebration or snack time!

# Ingredients:

01 - Cake pop sticks.
02 - Half a cup of crushed Oreos for rolling.
03 - 12 ounces of melted white chocolate chips.
04 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
05 - 15.25 ounces of finely crushed Oreos.

# Steps:

01 - Pulverize the Oreo cookies with a food processor or by hand. Scoop out half a cup for finishing touches later.
02 - In a bowl, mash together the cream cheese and the rest of the Oreo crumbs until the texture becomes like dough.
03 - Roll the mixture into little balls about 1 inch across. Stick a cake pop stick into each ball and set them on a prepared tray.
04 - Put the tray in the freezer. Let the balls chill for 30 minutes so they firm up.
05 - Microwave the white chocolate chips in short bursts of 20 seconds, stirring between until silky and smooth.
06 - Grab the chilled cake pops and dunk them into the melted chocolate. Gently shake off the extra coating.
07 - While the chocolate's still tacky, roll or sprinkle the cake pops with the saved Oreo crumbs.
08 - Let them rest until the chocolate hardens completely, then enjoy whenever you're ready!

# Notes:

01 - These no-bake bites mix creamy Oreo filling and white chocolate with a cookie crumb finish. They’re great for every event or as a fun snack!
