Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pop paper liners into your muffin tray.

Grab a big bowl. Stir flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt together until mixed.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter into a smooth mixture.

Pour the wet mix into the dry stuff. Gently mix until it just comes together.

Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.

Fill liners halfway with batter. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mix on top, then cover with more batter.

Sprinkle a good amount of cinnamon sugar on the tops.

Bake them for about 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Leave muffins in the tray for a few minutes to cool. Transfer to a rack, drizzle with white chocolate if you like, and enjoy.
