Cinnamon Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar for topping.
02 - 2 cups plain flour.
03 - 1 tsp vanilla.
04 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
05 - 1/2 tsp salt.
06 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
07 - 8 oz soft cream cheese.
08 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter.
09 - 1 cup milk.
10 - 2 large eggs.
11 - 1 tbsp baking powder.
12 - 1 cup regular sugar.
13 - Optional: 1/4 cup melted white chocolate to drizzle.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pop paper liners into your muffin tray.
02 - Grab a big bowl. Stir flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt together until mixed.
03 - In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter into a smooth mixture.
04 - Pour the wet mix into the dry stuff. Gently mix until it just comes together.
05 - Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
06 - Fill liners halfway with batter. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mix on top, then cover with more batter.
07 - Sprinkle a good amount of cinnamon sugar on the tops.
08 - Bake them for about 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
09 - Leave muffins in the tray for a few minutes to cool. Transfer to a rack, drizzle with white chocolate if you like, and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - These warm cinnamon treats hide a sweet and creamy middle—perfect for snacks or mornings.
02 - Adding white chocolate drizzle makes them even sweeter, if that's your thing.
03 - Avoid overmixing the batter so the muffins stay soft and fluffy.
