# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg white.
02 - 3/4 cup superfine sugar.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
04 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter, cooled.
05 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
06 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 tablespoon milk.
08 - 1 tablespoon neutral oil, like vegetable oil.
09 - 2/3 cup dark chocolate pieces.
10 - 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
11 - 1 cup of mixed chocolates like caramel candies, Maltesers, or M&M's.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (180°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Beat the egg white with the sugar in a big bowl until it's smooth. Stir in the vanilla and butter until blended well.
03 - Sift in the cocoa and flour bit by bit, mixing as you go. Then stir in the oil and milk until consistent.
04 - Form the batter into a big round shape on the parchment-lined tray.
05 - Pop it into the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Once it's done, let it cool completely on the tray.
06 - Put the dark chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe dish. Heat in small bursts, stirring often, until smooth. Cool the ganache in the fridge for 15 minutes till thicker.
07 - Spread the thickened chocolate ganache over the cooled brownie base evenly.
08 - Stick the candies like M&M's or Maltesers into the ganache for a bit of color and crunch.
