Chicken Wrap Caesar Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
02 - 1/2 cup crunchy croutons
03 - 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
04 - A dash of kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, as you like
05 - 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads (10 inches each)
06 - About 1/3 cup of Caesar salad dressing
07 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded

# Instructions:

01 - In a big mixing bowl, toss together the romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Mix thoroughly with tongs. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, adjusting to your taste. If you like it creamier, stir in more dressing.
02 - Warm up tortillas one side at a time in a large skillet over medium heat for about 15–30 seconds per side. Once warm, keep them covered with a dish towel. Alternatively, pop them in the microwave between paper towels for 15–30 seconds.
03 - Lay the tortillas flat on your work surface. Scoop some of the Caesar mix into the center of each tortilla, splitting it evenly. Fold two opposite sides in, then roll it up tightly like a burrito. If needed, hold them together with toothpicks.
04 - You can either slice them in half or just serve them whole, your choice.

# Notes:

01 - Best enjoyed fresh, as soon as they’re made
02 - Any cooked chicken works here, so use what you’ve got
03 - You can prepare the ingredients earlier to save time
