Biscuit Crust Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Crust

01 - One 11.36-ounce box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 3/4 cup of cold water
04 - 2-3 tablespoons olive oil (to handle the dough)
05 - 4 tablespoons of butter

→ For the Toppings

06 - 8 ounces of skinless, boneless chicken thighs or breast
07 - 1-2 tablespoons of Kinders Blackened Seasoning for spice
08 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
09 - About 8 ounces of crispy, crumbled bacon
10 - Use roughly half a 14.5-ounce jar of Alfredo sauce
11 - 3-4 cups of fresh mozzarella, grated
12 - A pinch of parsley flakes to sprinkle on top

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F
02 - Stir together biscuit mix, water, and shredded cheese in a bowl. Lightly grease a 10x15 baking sheet or lay down some parchment paper.
03 - Coat your hands with olive oil and press the dough evenly into the pan. Add more oil to your hands if it sticks. Bake the crust for 10 minutes as a head start.
04 - Rub the Kinders seasoning all over the chicken. Heat olive oil over medium, and cook for around 4-5 minutes on each side. Let it rest a bit, then chop into little pieces.
05 - Combine melted butter with the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix. Brush this buttery blend all over the prepared crust. Spread Alfredo sauce on top, layer 2 cups of mozzarella, followed by the chicken and bacon, and finish off with the rest of the cheese.
06 - Pop the pizza into the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is gooey and golden. Serve it while it’s hot.

# Notes:

01 - The biscuit mix box provides the perfect amount for the crust.
02 - You’ll only use about half the jar of Alfredo sauce for this recipe.
