Chicken Alfredo Tots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (32 oz) package of frozen tater tots.
02 - 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken.
03 - 1 cup sour cream.
04 - 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
05 - 1 (15 oz) jar of creamy Alfredo sauce.
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
08 - ½ teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 cup frozen green peas.

# Instructions:

01 - Start by turning your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it can warm up.
02 - Grab a large bowl and toss together the chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, peas, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything well till it’s mixed up.
03 - Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with non-stick spray or oil.
04 - Pour the chicken mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
05 - Arrange the frozen tater tots neatly in one layer right over the chicken layer.
06 - Pop the dish into your hot oven and cook for about 30-35 minutes, until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
07 - Take it out, scatter the mozzarella cheese on top, and put it back for 5-10 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the cheese is gooey and bubbly.
08 - Leave it to cool down for a couple of minutes, then dish it up. The creamy goodness is ready to enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Let it cool a bit before digging in. It’s easier to slice and serve when it’s not piping hot.
02 - Don’t have peas? Swap them for other veggies like diced carrots or small broccoli florets.
