Switch your oven on to 350°F (175°C). Heat oil in a big pan, cook garlic until it smells amazing.

Cook and crumble the beef, toss the grease out. Stir in marinara, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

In a dish, mix together sour cream, ricotta, cottage cheese, and one cup of mozzarella.

In a greased 9x13-inch pan, layer in this order: some meat sauce, half of the ravioli, the cheesy mix, the rest of the ravioli, more sauce, and end with what's left of the mozzarella and Parmesan.

Wrap with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Take the foil off and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Top it off with parsley.
