Cheesy Ravioli Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef
02 - 25-ounce bag of frozen cheese ravioli

→ Cheeses and Sauce

03 - 1 cup of ricotta cheese
04 - A 24-ounce jar of marinara sauce
05 - 1 cup of cottage cheese
06 - A half cup of sour cream
07 - ½ cup of grated Parmesan
08 - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella

→ Flavors and Garnishes

09 - A tablespoon of olive oil
10 - Two cloves of garlic, finely chopped
11 - Salt and pepper to your liking
12 - 1 teaspoon each of dried oregano and basil
13 - Chopped fresh parsley for finishing

# Instructions:

01 - Switch your oven on to 350°F (175°C). Heat oil in a big pan, cook garlic until it smells amazing.
02 - Cook and crumble the beef, toss the grease out. Stir in marinara, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
03 - In a dish, mix together sour cream, ricotta, cottage cheese, and one cup of mozzarella.
04 - In a greased 9x13-inch pan, layer in this order: some meat sauce, half of the ravioli, the cheesy mix, the rest of the ravioli, more sauce, and end with what's left of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
05 - Wrap with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Take the foil off and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Top it off with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep this earlier and chill in the fridge. Swap the beef for sautéed spinach or mushrooms for a veggie option.
