Cheesy Garlic Dip Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large garlic heads.
02 - 2 whole shallots, peeled.
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 cup sour cream, chilled.
08 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
09 - 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, shredded.
10 - 1/2 cup parmesan, grated.
11 - 1/2 cup parsley, minced.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Remove the tops of the garlic bulbs and bottoms of shallots.
02 - Wrap the garlic and shallots in foil after drizzling with olive oil. Roast for an hour until tender.
03 - Blend the roasted garlic and shallots by mashing them. Combine with sour cream, cheeses, herbs, and seasonings.
04 - Put the mixture in a pie dish. Sprinkle with extra cheese and bake at 350°F for 20-25 mins until golden and bubbling.

# Notes:

01 - Pair with toasted bread or bagel crisps.
02 - Top with red pepper flakes and additional parsley.
