Flaky biscuits filled with melted cheese and delicious garlic spread. A fast and crowd-pleasing snack for any day.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 can (16.3 oz) of Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Garlic Butter Coating

04 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
05 - 4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Steps:

01 - Heat up your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet so things don’t stick.
02 - Combine butter (already melted), chopped garlic, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a little bowl until smooth and flavorful.
03 - Grab the biscuits from the can and split them apart. Flatten each one gently into a circular shape.
04 - Spoon about a tablespoon each of cheddar and mozzarella onto the middle of each flattened biscuit. This is where all the cheesy magic starts!
05 - Fold the edges of the dough carefully over the cheese. Make sure to pinch everything closed so the cheese won’t leak. Roll them into nice round balls.
06 - Take each ball and roll it in the garlic butter mix until every bit is covered.
07 - Put the cheese-stuffed balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Got leftover garlic butter? Pour it over the tops for a little extra flavor.
08 - Bake them for 12-15 minutes or until the tops are beautifully golden brown.
09 - Once out of the oven, sprinkle parsley over the top while they’re warm.

# Notes:

01 - They taste best while warm and the cheese is still gooey.
02 - Try switching up the cheeses for your favorite combos!
