Krispie Marshmallow Bites (Print)

Gooey marshmallows coated in caramel and rolled in Rice Krispies. A fun, crunchy snack everyone will love!

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 large marshmallows, used as the center for each treat.
02 - 2 tbsp butter, adding a rich touch to the caramel mix.
03 - 7 cups of crispy Rice Krispies cereal for the outer crunch.
04 - 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk, for creamy sweetness and texture.
05 - 14 oz of caramels (about 50 Kraft caramels), melted for coating.

# Steps:

01 - In a medium pan, toss in unwrapped caramel candies, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
02 - On medium heat, stir constantly until the mix is completely melted and creamy.
03 - Stick a toothpick or skewer into every marshmallow.
04 - Put each marshmallow into the caramel mixture and coat well. Let the extra caramel drip off.
05 - Fill a big bowl with the Rice Krispies cereal to prep for coating.
06 - Roll the caramel-dipped marshmallows in the cereal until they’re completely covered.
07 - Set your covered marshmallows on a parchment-lined sheet and carefully pull out the toothpicks.
08 - Leave the balls for 30 minutes to cool before enjoying them.
