Start by stirring the bubblegum syrup and marshmallow fluff together in a big bowl. Keep mixing until it's nice and smooth, with an even texture all around.

Add the powdered sugar little by little, about 1/2 cup at a time. After each addition, mix it well. Continue until all the sugar’s in, and you’ve got a soft dough that holds together.

Mix in the vanilla extract. If you want more color, add a couple of drops of pink food coloring, then stir until the color’s spread evenly throughout.

Grab an 8×8-inch square dish and line it with parchment paper. Evenly press your mixture into the dish, smoothing out the top so it’s flat. Pop it in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or until it firms up.

Take it out of the dish using the parchment paper, then put it on a cutting board. Slice into 8 even pieces and either serve right away or store them in a container for later.
