# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Pink food coloring, optional
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 2 cups powdered sugar
04 - 1 cup marshmallow fluff
05 - 1 cup bubblegum-flavored syrup

# Steps:

01 - Start by stirring the bubblegum syrup and marshmallow fluff together in a big bowl. Keep mixing until it's nice and smooth, with an even texture all around.
02 - Add the powdered sugar little by little, about 1/2 cup at a time. After each addition, mix it well. Continue until all the sugar’s in, and you’ve got a soft dough that holds together.
03 - Mix in the vanilla extract. If you want more color, add a couple of drops of pink food coloring, then stir until the color’s spread evenly throughout.
04 - Grab an 8×8-inch square dish and line it with parchment paper. Evenly press your mixture into the dish, smoothing out the top so it’s flat. Pop it in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or until it firms up.
05 - Take it out of the dish using the parchment paper, then put it on a cutting board. Slice into 8 even pieces and either serve right away or store them in a container for later.

# Notes:

01 - Adding pink food coloring is totally optional, but it gives that classic bubblegum look and boosts its visual appeal.
02 - These bars have a light, fluffy texture—kind of like marshmallow candy that melts as you eat it.
03 - Keep them in an airtight container—on the counter for up to 5 days, or in the fridge for 2 weeks.
