01 -
Mix warm milk, yeast, and a little sugar in a bowl. Let it stand for 5 minutes until it gets foamy.
02 -
Stir together sugar, flour, and salt in a large bowl. Pour in melted butter, yeast mix, egg, and water. Combine until a soft dough forms.
03 -
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it feels smooth and stretchy. Cover it and let it rise for about an hour or until it doubles.
04 -
Mix together Biscoff cookie butter, butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar until creamy.
05 -
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle, about 12x18 inches. Spread the filling evenly on top.
06 -
Roll the dough tightly into a log starting from the long edge. Slice it into 12 pieces and arrange them in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
07 -
Let the rolls rest and rise for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
08 -
Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until they're golden and cooked through.
09 -
Whip together cream cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Slowly add milk until the icing is silky and spreadable.
10 -
Spread or drizzle the icing over the rolls while they’re still warm.
