# Ingredients:

01 - 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour for making the dough.
02 - ¼ cup sugar for sweetening the dough.
03 - 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast to help the dough rise.
04 - ½ cup warm milk (110°F/45°C) to activate the yeast.
05 - ¼ cup melted unsalted butter to add richness.
06 - ¼ cup water for moisture.
07 - 1 large egg to hold everything together.
08 - ½ tsp salt to balance the flavors.
09 - ½ cup softened Biscoff cookie butter for the filling.
10 - ½ cup packed brown sugar for the filling.
11 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon for the filling.
12 - 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter for the filling.
13 - 4 oz softened cream cheese for the icing.
14 - ¼ cup Biscoff cookie butter for the icing.
15 - 1 cup powdered sugar to make the icing sweet.
16 - 1 tsp vanilla extract to flavor the icing.
17 - 2-3 tbsp milk to get the right icing consistency.

# Steps:

01 - Mix warm milk, yeast, and a little sugar in a bowl. Let it stand for 5 minutes until it gets foamy.
02 - Stir together sugar, flour, and salt in a large bowl. Pour in melted butter, yeast mix, egg, and water. Combine until a soft dough forms.
03 - Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it feels smooth and stretchy. Cover it and let it rise for about an hour or until it doubles.
04 - Mix together Biscoff cookie butter, butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar until creamy.
05 - Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle, about 12x18 inches. Spread the filling evenly on top.
06 - Roll the dough tightly into a log starting from the long edge. Slice it into 12 pieces and arrange them in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
07 - Let the rolls rest and rise for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
08 - Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until they're golden and cooked through.
09 - Whip together cream cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Slowly add milk until the icing is silky and spreadable.
10 - Spread or drizzle the icing over the rolls while they’re still warm.

02 - A great choice for brunch, a special breakfast, or anytime treat.
03 - Make sure the dough has enough time to rise for the best texture.
