Pour the coconut milk into a blender, then add the white chocolate pieces and agave. Blend in quick bursts to break down the chocolate.

Toss in the cold strawberries and pineapple chunks. If your blender struggles, leave the fruit out for 10 minutes before blending.

Blend the mixture for about 30 seconds until it’s smooth and creamy. Do short bursts as needed to make sure everything mixes well.

Pour into cups and, if you'd like, top with some fresh fruit or a sprinkle of chocolate for extra flair.
