04 - 1 tsp cinnamon powder.
05 - 1/2 cup softened butter (unsalted).
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
08 - 1/2 cup white sugar.
09 - 1/2 tsp baking soda.
10 - 1 tsp baking powder.
11 - 1/2 tsp salt.
12 - 1/2 cup crushed walnuts.
13 - 2 cups chopped apples (peeled).

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven at 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tray with paper liners.
02 - Take a medium bowl and sift together cinnamon, flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
03 - Beat your sugar pair (white and brown) together with the softened butter until fluffy.
04 - Add one egg at a time to the buttery mix, stirring in between. Then pour in the vanilla and mix it up.
05 - Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the wet mix. Stir gently until just combined.
06 - Fold the bits of apple and walnut pieces into the batter with care.
07 - Scoop the batter and evenly distribute it in the muffin pan, filling each about two-thirds full.

09 - Let muffins cool off completely, then finish off with a drizzle of caramel for that sweet touch.
