Roasted Zucchini Squash (Print)

Zucchini and yellow squash roasted quickly with garlic and herbs.

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 lb Yellow squash, cut into ½-inch slices
02 - 1 lb Zucchini, cut into ½-inch slices

→ Seasonings

03 - 3 tbsp Olive oil
04 - ½ tsp Garlic powder
05 - ½ tsp Italian seasoning
06 - ¼ tsp Black pepper
07 - ½ tsp Sea salt

# Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 425°F. Cut the squash into ½-inch thick slices.
02 - Mix the sliced veggies with olive oil and all seasonings in a big bowl.
03 - Spread the vegetables out in one layer on a baking tray.
04 - Cook for 10-12 minutes until they soften. Want extra color? Broil them for 3-6 minutes.

02 - You can use parchment paper on the tray
03 - One layer lets them cook evenly
