Whipped Brie (Print)

Light and fluffy whipped brie topped with honey and fresh herbs. It’s a classy yet easy treat to put together.

# Ingredients:

01 - Chilled brie rounds, 16-24 oz.
02 - Drizzle of honey.
03 - Optional: honeycomb.
04 - Rosemary sprigs to decorate.
05 - Pair with crackers or toasted bread.

# Steps:

01 - Chop cold brie into chunks after removing the rind. Let it warm to room temperature.
02 - Run brie through a food processor for 5 minutes, scraping as needed, until it's silky smooth.
03 - Spoon into a dish, drizzle with honey, sprinkle rosemary, and add honeycomb if you'd like. Serve alongside crackers.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in blueberry jam instead of honey if you'd like.
02 - Fresh thyme can work as a rosemary substitute.
03 - This tastes best when it's room temp.
