Ultimate Turkey Melt (Print)

Savor every bite of this hot, toasty sandwich with turkey, bacon, cheddar, and veggies stacked on golden sourdough.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Base

01 - 4 slices of thick sourdough
02 - A couple tablespoons of sweet honey mustard
03 - 2 slices of white cheddar, medium thickness
04 - 4 slices of turkey from the deli

→ Veggies & Crispy Bacon

05 - One ripe tomato, sliced thinly
06 - Half a cup of fresh spinach leaves
07 - 4 bacon strips, cooked until crispy

→ Grilling Goodies

08 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter

# Steps:

01 - Lay the bread out on a flat spot. Smear honey mustard generously across each piece.
02 - Cut each cheese slice in half to make four pieces. Build the sandwich by stacking turkey, cheese, tomato, spinach, and bacon onto the bread. Make two sandwiches.
03 - Carefully spread the butter on all outer sides of the bread. That's four sides total.
04 - Heat a skillet on medium. Grill the sandwiches for a few minutes per side until the bread becomes golden and the cheese melts.
