Toasted Ravioli Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup regular flour
02 - 1 pack (12 oz) frozen ravioli (meat- or cheese-filled)
03 - 1 cup coarse breadcrumbs (panko or Italian-style)
04 - 1 tsp Italian herb mix
05 - 2 eggs, large
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - Season with salt and black pepper
08 - Cooking oil (canola or vegetable)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab three plates or shallow bowls. Fill one with flour. Beat the eggs and add them to another. Mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in the last one.
02 - Take a frozen ravioli and toss it in the flour first. Dip it into the eggs and then press it into the breadcrumbs to coat well. Keep coating until they're all done.
03 - Pour oil into a big frying pan and heat it on medium-high. Wait until it gets hot and shimmery.
04 - Place the breaded ravioli in the pan, a few at a time. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes till they turn crispy golden. Drain on paper towels after frying.
05 - Pile them onto a platter. Serve right away with marinara or any dip you like.

01 - Keep ravioli cold until you coat them
02 - Use an air fryer instead if you'd like
03 - Tastes the best when eaten fresh and hot
