Three Cheese Chicken Penne (Print)

A homemade twist on Applebee's dish, complete with marinated chicken, cheesy alfredo, and a crisp bruschetta topping.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups of penne pasta.
02 - 6 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil.
03 - 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced.
04 - 8 ounces of shredded Italian cheese blend.
05 - 15 ounces of creamy alfredo sauce.
06 - 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped.
07 - 1 teaspoon of dried basil.
08 - 1/3 cup of zesty Italian dressing.
09 - 2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed.

# Steps:

01 - Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and let it soak in the Italian dressing for half an hour.
02 - Mix together the tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, and basil.
03 - Boil the pasta according to the box directions and preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 425-450°F.
04 - Grill the chicken for about 9-10 minutes, turning it over halfway through.
05 - Scoop the cooked pasta into bowls, then layer on the alfredo sauce, bruschetta mix, grilled chicken, and sprinkle cheese on top.
06 - Microwave the bowls for 3 minutes so the cheese melts nicely.
