Turkey Stuffed Shells (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 large pasta shells.
02 - 1 cup chopped turkey.
03 - 1 cup creamy mashed potatoes.
04 - 1 tablespoon finely diced celery.
05 - 2 tablespoons diced yellow onion.
06 - 1 minced garlic clove.
07 - 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, split in half.
08 - 1¼ cups of rich gravy.
09 - 1 cup of bread stuffing.
10 - Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 1½ quart baking dish with oil or spray.
02 - Boil the pasta shells for about 8-9 minutes until they’re just tender. Drain them well and leave aside.
03 - Mix the turkey, mashed potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to match your taste.
04 - Pour ¾ cup of gravy evenly into the bottom of your greased baking dish.
05 - Spoon the turkey mixture into each pasta shell, then arrange them neatly on top of the gravy in the dish.
06 - Cover the shells with the rest of the gravy, sprinkle on the bread stuffing, and top it all with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until everything’s hot and the cheese is melted and golden.
07 - Sprinkle some chopped parsley, chives, or green onion on top if you’d like. Serve freshly baked and warm.
