Set your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 1½ quart baking dish with oil or spray.

Boil the pasta shells for about 8-9 minutes until they’re just tender. Drain them well and leave aside.

Mix the turkey, mashed potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to match your taste.

Pour ¾ cup of gravy evenly into the bottom of your greased baking dish.

Spoon the turkey mixture into each pasta shell, then arrange them neatly on top of the gravy in the dish.

Cover the shells with the rest of the gravy, sprinkle on the bread stuffing, and top it all with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until everything’s hot and the cheese is melted and golden.

Sprinkle some chopped parsley, chives, or green onion on top if you’d like. Serve freshly baked and warm.
